To celebrate being officially over the hill Meegs took us away for a surprise long weekend. After being picked up from the airport on Friday afternoon we started heading North. After not having been to the movies for a while, it was strange to visit the cinemas twice in a matter of days – and not even to see a kids movie!  As a bonus I got to spend time with the Girls, eat out at two delicious resturants and have a couple of great nights out.

Today we took Owen for his second Wiggles concert.  Last year Meegs took a very still and watchful Owen to see them perform at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
This year was very different.
Owen was dancing, singing, yelling and generally getting very involved in the show.
Amelie was very helpful, pointing out anything that Owen might have missed.
