This morning we helped celebrate cousin Wil’s first birthday with a swim and and play at the Redcliffe Lagoon. While the clouds looks ominous when we arrived, they soon disappeared, making for a really lovely morning at the lagoon! The kids (and Jodie!) spent most of the morning in the water, only coming out to sing happy birthday and snack… This meant we had three very tired Clowns on our hands who didn’t make it home without a good old car-nap! Jodie had created monster patty cakes for Wil’s birthday cake… I’m sure all her time and effort was worth it, with all the ooohhhs and aaahhhhs as she brought them out for everyone to eat :)
