Sometimes I think I bake only to have an excuse to photograph my wares…
This morning, the Harvey Five all got it together early and went for a long-ish walk and scoot along the walkways around the lakes. We even had time for a bit of a play before the humidity and the UV sky-rocketed. For us pale, pasty people (Owen, Ella and I) early mornings and late afternoons are the only time we should be outside in full sun!
We made it back home again early enough for me to make these bikkies for morning tea. Such a nice treat after a long walk! I know they look good, and they taste even better. Especially when eating them still slightly warm! They reminded Marc of a Subway cookie… I thought they were a lot yummier than that!

They were delicious! I wrapped the few that were left over individually and froze them, but they didn’t make it through the week either!!! :)
yuuuuuummmm! they already look better than a subway cookie, cause they’re pretty shit – so i reckon they’d taste better too!
