OB Visit #4
Today, at 25 weeks, was my second last monthly visit. Yeah, this 40 weeks is going a whole lost faster than I imagined!
I walked into to an empty waiting room (a mentionable note for a obstetricians rooms…) and walked right into Dr Saadie’s room. Awesome. I didn’t have any questions, he wrote me a script for the glucose test I need to do in a couple of weeks’ time, had a check of the baby (all good), poked my belly button hernia thingy (call him straight away if it starts to hurt or goes red), checked my blood pressure (Good. 120/70) , got weighed (Bad. I put on 4 whole kilos this time. I need to lay off the junk food… My restriction, not the doctor’s! Won’t happen though…!) and I was out the door! Too easy. See you in a month Dr Saadie and Lovely Receptionist Lady!
I didn’t even have to find a car park this time, as Marc took the day off and chauffeured us all around the countryside this afternoon AND did the housework this morning while I took the boys grocery shopping (he got the better end of this deal…). It’s a tough life when you make your weekend into a long one ;)
