I don't know! He's set to Full On from 6am, so I think he really just wears himself out. Sometimes he can't even finish his lunch, asking me to glad wrap it for when he wakes up!!! He can go quite well without a sleep, but if we are home he will always head to his bed without being asked for a nice (long) afternoon sleep :) Well… I don’t know!
