Injections, sorbolene and Vasoline
On Friday Owen and I took Reuben to get his 6 month check up and injections.
The stats -
10.45kg
76cm
2 needles, one in each chubby leg
2 baby band aids, both Shrek (approved by the Big Brother)
1 small cry for the second needle and that’s all!
The sorbolene and Vaseline?
Well that’s for the boy little boy’s wind burnt cheeks, as recommended by the nurse. For his face, not his bottom!
Surprisingly, a slather of sorbolene with a layer of Vaseline over the top before bed makes a world of difference just overnight to his poor little cheeks!
Goodness, he’s growing up fast. He’s already heavier than Alex is at 16 months!! He is looking gorgeous. As is his big brother in his new cape.
