We started Christmas Day with the Carters and Cravens at Jodie & Mick’s newish place. Mick whipped up a great BBQ breakfast on his Webber Q amongst the tropical backyard. With Jode being pregnant, next Christmas will be pretty big with three grandkids on deck to play with and open lots of presents.
We then moved over to the Harvey household to see the Harvey/Vernon/Gardner/Prictor families. General bedlam occurred while we all opened what seemed like enough presents for a whole school. It’s the first time in many years that we have had as many small children together with the three great grandchildren now. In fact we had almost a full clan for the first time in years, with only Kristy and Gerrod missing. Being in London is a bit of an ask to fly back all the time. :)
