This is a kid who has never shown any interest in his huge collection of stuffed toys, but over the last few months this black Labrador puppy has become one of Owen’s favourite things to sleep with, besides the piles of books and Lego and a helicopter and a water bottle… the list goes on!

RE: your question on my blog – Every area is divided into sections and each section has a polling place – our city is divided into five wards – and you are supposed to vote in the ward that you live in – they have proof that you are a registered voter, and that you are eligible to vote.
