This afternoon I decided to have a go at the Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies from Meritt at It’s Just the Coffee Talking. A super easy and pretty tasty recipe for a lazy Sunday afternoon… Here’s two pictures of my finished product.

And you know how I hate chocolate and don’t like sweets and don’t eat cookies (only the dough….). Well I EAT THESE. Boy do I eat these. I eat about 3-4 at a time.
I have no idea why. Chocolate. Cookie. Should equal yuck to my tastebuds but I inhale these. LOL.

Fantastagirl – I think they tasted even better the next day! They sure taste pretty good today (Tuesday)… I’ve eaten 3 this morning, just to make sure!
Meritt – No worries at all. And the dough, well it’s AWESOME all on it’s own! I think they are so moreish is because they aren’t super sweet. I am thinking about trying a slice of Mars Bar on the top for next time… You know, just to make them even more yummy :)
