The following is the confirmation email I received tonight for the fruit and vegetable order I placed yesterday afternoon with Flemington Direct.
It’s nice to get an email that so obviously would be an automatically generated email, but it still made me smile :o)
I hope the produce is a good as the email.  Will let you know on Wednesday!

Yippppeeee! Your home delivered fruit & Veg is on its way!


Your order will arrive Wednesday.

What if i’m not home when you deliver?
If you are not home to accept delivery – we will leave your order at the front door – for when you get home.

What time will you deliver the box?
We buy our fruit and veg fresh from Flemington Markets in the morning and then pack orders from 5am – midday. We then start delivering from Midday – 7pm.

Can i change the day my order arrives?
If you would like your order for another day – please reply to this email before 4pm with your preferred delivery days. Please note we deliver Tuesday – Friday.

What is my normal delivery day?
The day you receive your first order will be your saved delivery preference day. No matter when you next web-order your delivery will arrive on that set day. Feel free to contact us to change your deliver day at any time.

Hi,

I also placed an order and got the same email.

I loved the order, I sent them an email just to see if they were all robots and i got a very personalised message back.

Beats customer service by phone any day.

Me too! I told them in my email that I blogged about my order, and they sent me a lovely email back, asking me what our web site address was so they could have a look :)
