It’s way to early to be blogging, but what else do you do at 5:30am when Owen is bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, ready for a Saturday of fun with Sean and Karla? I’ve already tidied the kitchen and put a load of washing on.
That’s enough housework for this early hour on the weekend.
He could be excited because we are taking the three kids (Sean, Karla and Owen) to The Plantation at Gumdale for their first swimming lesson in a long time this morning and then going to hang around one of their 3 pools and have a picnic lunch. Then it will be home for sleep time (for all of us!) before heading into the Convention Centre to watch the Brisbane Bullets play in the quarter finals.
Is it time for breakfast yet?!
